The latest round of savings available for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac owners relying less and less on cash or traditional credit cards is unusually extensive, covering six different retailers with a back-to-school theme. Apple Pay users have until August 14 to shop in the Adidas and Shutterfly apps, as well as on Oakley’s, Plae’s, and Tom’s websites, or on BJ’s website or app and either get an outright discount on their initial purchase or the chance to save big a second time around.

Sportswear manufacturer Adidas and self-proclaimed “global lifestyle brand” Plae are offering the biggest markdowns right now, although the latter requires you spend at least $50 in its e-store before you can take 20 percent off your order with promo code “APPLEPAY20.” Adidas has no such special requests for its own 20 percent off deal and you also don’t have to remember to use any code before checking out. But you do need to shop through the company’s official app.

Meanwhile, both photo gift provider Shutterfly and shoemaker Tom’s require you use a promo code on your Apple Pay order to get a $25 and 15 percent discount respectively in the former’s app and on the latter’s website. As for BJ’s, its $5 savings on $50+ purchases is hardly what we’d call an earth-shattering deal, but some folks could still prefer it over having to spend $100 or more at Oakley and returning for a $25 discount on a second order.
