Then again, it’s getting increasingly harder to justify the purchase of the two more powerful models at list prices of $799 and $899 respectively when the lower-end phones come with the same phenomenal rear-facing camera, stock Android experience, and even an added headphone jack, fetching as little as $399 and $479 in 5.6 and 6-inch sizes.

Interestingly, while the “regular” Pixel 3 duo has been discounted fairly often before the 3a and 3a XL saw daylight, no new deals cropped up after the worst kept secrets in the mobile tech industry’s history were finally confirmed and officially detailed. But now Best Buy is shaving a cool $300 off the two’s regular prices with monthly installment plans and new lines of Sprint service or new accounts altogether.

Sprint is one of the carriers that only recently started selling the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL, joining forces with T-Mobile to expand the appeal and reach of two previously Verizon-exclusive devices. Instead of paying $33.30 a month, new Sprint customers and those looking to add a line to an existing account can cough up just $20.80 a month for two years at the time of this writing and receive the Snapdragon 845-powered Pixel 3 with a 5.5-inch no-notch screen. 

That amounts to a grand total of around 500 bucks, while the notched 6.3-inch Pixel 3 XL is available for $26.21 a month (down from $38.71), roughly equating to $630 after 24 payments. The discounts are offered in the form of $12.50 monthly bill credits, which technically means you still need to pay the usual installments before getting quite a bit of money back in the long run.
