Although Samsung will not show us its upcoming Galaxy Note 10 smartphone series before August 7, we’ve already seen renders depicting the regular Note 10 and the Note 10+. Today, thanks to a new leak, we can take a look at the Galaxy Note 10 in a previously undiscovered color variant: pink – or maybe it’s coral, we don’t know what Samsung intends to call it.

According to WinFuture, the images included in this article represent “official” renders that Samsung itself will use once the Galaxy Note 10 is announced. Reportedly, the pink (or coral) Galaxy Note 10 will be released in some European markets, but it’s unclear if it’s going to be sold in the US, too.

As you may already know, the Galaxy Note 10 should be smaller than the Note 10+. That’s because its Dynamic AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2280 pixels allegedly measures 6.3 inches, whereas the screen of the Note 10+ is a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED one with an increased 1440 x 3040 pixel resolution. Other than that, when it comes to appearance, there will be little to differentiate the two upcoming phones. You will notice a dissimilarity on the handsets’ backs, though, where the Note 10+ seemingly has a quad camera, while the Note 10 only has a triple camera.

On the inside, the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ should both pack Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 855 Plus processor. The regular Note 10 is expected to have 8 GB of RAM, while the Note 10+ might come with 12 GB of RAM, so it’s going to be better at multitasking (of course, 8 GB is enough for almost everything you’d want to do on the phone anyway). The Note 10+ should also feature a larger battery – 4300 or 4200 mAh, instead of the 3500 mAh battery of the Note 10.

The Galaxy Note 10 series will run Android 9 Pie out of the box (with Samsung’s very own customization on top). Other common features will likely include dust and water resistance, 256 GB and 512 GB of expandable memory, and no 3.5mm audio jack – that’s right, this is bound to become the first batch of Galaxy Note phones to ditch the classic headset jack.

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, August 7 is the day when Samsung will finally unveil the Galaxy Note 10 line to the world. Sales should begin a few weeks later, possibly around August 24, although you can already reserve your Note 10 via Samsung’s official website. If you make a reservation that’s followed by an actual pre-order of a new Note, Samsung will give you $50 that can be used towards the purchase of “eligible” (but yet to be named) devices. Furthermore, you will be able to save up to $600 if you trade in an older smartphone.  

When it comes to prices, rumors have it that there will be a $150 difference between the Galaxy Note 10 and the Note 10+. More exactly, the former is expected to be sold starting at $999 (256 GB model), while the latter could cost at least $1,149 (256 GB model). Almost certainly, both Galaxy Note 10 handsets will be launched via all relevant US carriers. In addition, a Galaxy Note 10+ 5G is rumored to land at Verizon Wireless (and we won’t be surprised if we see it elsewhere, too).
