Tip of the week: Forget PUBG! There are better games

Paul tested Fortnite this week. It’s a blatant PUBG rip-off. Which is free. Plus, Overwatch is a fast-paced shooter that recalls the Unreal Tournament Games.

Tip #2: Get the Huawei Mate 10 Pro for $100 off this week. This flagship-class smartphone has slipped under the radar thanks to xenophobic governmental policies. But it’s pretty great and was already bargain-priced before this temporary sale.

Pick #2: Microsoft Edge for iPad

Microsoft tailors Edge mobile for the iPad. And yes, it’s pretty damn good.

Enterprise pick of the week: Dynamics 365 ‘Spring ’18’ update

All the Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP modules are getting new features starting in April (if not before). But the biggest news is around PowerBI being brought into the fold.

But there’s still hope for those who want and need to search this stuff. (Thanks, Ned Pyle!) It’s the archive all Win7/8, Windows Server 2012/2008/2003/R2, etc. info previously in TechNet. That legacy content isn’t searchable from Google or Bing.

Beer pick of the week: Orval Trappist Ale (Brasserie d’Orval S.A.)

The unique and infamous Belgian pale that’s a style unto itself. Comes in a very recognizable bottle. Mild, smooth, easy drinking and tasty! Ages well too.
