Our First Look at Razer’s Wireless Keyboard and Mouse for the Xbox One
Microsoft and Razer have been teasing Xbox One’s mouse and keyboard support for a while. Although mouse and keyboard support is already available on the Xbox One, Razer is yet to announce its official keyboard and mouse for the Xbox One built in partnership with Microsoft.
The company has now released a teaser picture for its Xbox One keyboard and Mouse, and they are pretty much what you would expect. From the picture, we can see that there is a dedicated Xbox One button on the bottom right of the keyboard, as well as a Windows button as usual, which means the keyboard is meant to work with Windows 10 devices as well.
Both the keyboard and mouse are wireless, and it seems like the keyboard will have a slide-out panel where you can place the keyboard and play games from your lap. That sounds quite cool and uncomfortable at the same time, though we’ll have to wait and see for the final product.
Razer’s new Xbox One keyboard is expected to integrate pretty closely with Xbox One games, with the backlight adapting based on your gameplay for supported games. That also is going to be very interesting, though much of the details remain unclear for the time being. Razer is going to officially announce these things at CES on the 8th of January, so keep an eye out.
